Where is Mara Explorer Luxury Tented Camp, Maasai Mara

With the Great Wildebeest Migration arriving in the Masai Mara Reserve in Kenya there is an outstanding display of wildlife in action.

This luxurious tented Kenya safari camp lies at the confluence of the 4 main game viewing areas of the Masai Mara Reserve in Kenya, and enjoys prime views of the spectacular Wildebeest Migration between June and September. This premier game park is home to the largest concentration of big cats of Africa and the world. When not on the plains, guests can see herds of watering Elephant, Giraffe and other animals from their private decks.

Mara Explorer Lodge was constructed as an eco-friendly camp and its operations are designed to have a minimal impact on the fragile Talek River ecosystem. All biodegradable waste is mulched for compost, while water-heating is fuelled by briquettes made from used coffee husks.
