Children of all ages are welcome at the Maasai Mara safari lodge in Kenya. Children under the age of 5 years are accommodated free of charge. Families on safari can be accommodated in the Family Tent, with its 2 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Alternatively, two guests can be accommodated in 2 Double Tents. Each suite has its own outdoor patio lounge overlooking the Yaile Mountains, ideal for lazy afternoons or private dinners.

The location, enjoying a landscape free from modern development, is ideal for tracking and studying elephants. Spot the nocturnal wildlife during a night game drive, offered only at select safari lodges. As the sun sets, animals such as genets and the famous leopard make their way out of the bushes.

Other activities that can be enjoyed during your Kenya vacation include day game drives, guided bush walks through varying vegetation, hiking, bird watching and optional spa treatments. Annually, the great Wildebeest Migration takes place, witnessing large herds of wildebeest and zebra making their way into Kenya from Tanzania.
