The eastern side of Etosha, bordering Fisher’s Pan, lays Onguma Game Reserve, a hidden gem in Namibia. The reserve consists of 34 000 hectares of protected land, with an exclusive amount of Namibia safari lodges.
Getting to Onguma Tented Camp
By air
The reserve has a private airstrip from which arrivals and departures can be arranged. A road transfer in an open game drive vehicle will deliver you to your Namibia vacation destination in approximately 20 minutes.
By road from Windhoek
Take the B1 to Tsumeb, but turn left onto the C38, 70km before reaching Tsumeb.
Drive on the C28, towards the Namutoni Gate of Etosha National park.
500km before the gate, turn right at the Onguma sign and drive straight for 9km until you reach Onguma Tented Camp.
