Enjoy the highest standards of living, personal service and attention to detail, creating a worthwhile and memorable experience in the Masai Mara. Each of the 8 guest suites is tended to by an exclusive butler, so guests can simply relax while your every need is taken care of.
Accommodation is in 8 raised riverfront suites, built on mahogany wooden decks, and decorated by authentically African carved furnishings. Nonstop game viewing takes place from the suites as the resident hippos take leisurely strolls by the suites. The suites have canvas walls, allowing guests to enjoy an open-fronted suite with river views, whenever they please. The suites each have en-suite bathrooms, a choice between hand-carved king-size or double beds and modern amenities.
All furnishings at the lodge are hand-carved and uniquely designed by the local Masai people. This Masai Mara safari lodge is environmentally conscious and the olive and white podo tree logs that are used are gathered from a private forestland. Only logs that have fallen to the ground are used to decorate the suites and local artisans are used to carve traditional images during the production of the furnishings.
The main lodge area consists of the reception, lounge area, dining and bar area, as well as a large veranda with an outdoor barbecue. The main lodge is elevated and overlooks the Mara River. A separate lounge and dining area occupies the opposite end of the camp, for those seeking a quieter time.
