Safari in Kunene

Kunene is located in the isolated northwest of Namibia. The dry mountainous landscape is served by the regular flow of Kunene River, bordered by Angola and northern Namibia.

Due to the remote location of Kunene, access to this region is more difficult than other Namibian places.

Kunene’s biggest attraction is its aesthetics that include spectacular views of the incredible desert species of flora and fauna, Ruacana and Epupa Falls, Kunene River and cultural interactions with the native people of Kunene. The difficulty of reaching this destination is all worth it.

Kunene activities include game drives, bush walking safaris and cultural tours.
