A total of 118 suites with twin beds, and 49 with king-size beds, each with its own private verandah, are stretched nymph-like along the river bank in a series of private villas.

Luxury Rooms

A selection of accommodation options include 7 types of suites that each cater to specific types of travellers. The Luxury Twin Rooms and Corner Luxury Twin Rooms each have 1 bedroom that sleeps two people in twin beds. The Luxury King Rooms and the Corner Luxury King Rooms also have 1 bedroom in each, but these suites sleep two guests in a king-size bed.

Paraplegic Rooms

Two Paraplegic Rooms are both made convenient with a comfortable shower stool and rails. The rooms each sleep two people, one in a king-size bed and the other in two single beds.

Presidential Suite

The Presidential Suite is a more spacious option, with a separate lounge and dining area, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a dressing area, as well as a private veranda.

Dining

Dining can take place in a variety of on-site venues, each offering an exceptional ambience and culinary delights. The Royal Livingstone Hotel Dining Room serves African-inspired meals in a historical setting. The Royal Livingstone Lounge is complemented by the Travellers Bar. The lounge serves light snacks while you view paintings, the hand drawn maps of Livingstone himself, and other displays of artifacts. The bar serves drinks while relaxing guests with shows by a live pianist.

Daily High Teas cater to those with a sweet tooth. A starlit dinner at the Monkey Tree is ideal for special occasions and enjoys a secluded seating under the branches of the tree. A special dining experience awaits aboard The Royal Livingstone Express. Guests dine aboard a steam locomotive train that takes imaginations on a journey to an era of elegance.
