Days 1 & 2: Maun - Moremi Game Reserve

At the Maun International Airport, board a light aircraft flight to the Moremi airstrip where you will be met by a lodge representative and driven to Camp Moremi. Situated on the beautiful Xakanaxa Lagoon, on the eastern side of the Okavango Delta, Camp Moremi is nestled within the Moremi Game Reserve.

Be comforted in East African-style safari tents that offer stunning views of the Delta's floodplains and riverine forests from private sun decks. Explore the Xakanaxa Lagoon and surrounding Okavango channels by motorboat, which affords excellent bird watching opportunities where you can spot some of the 400 species of birds present in the area. Fishing trips can also be arranged as you explore the waters of this diverse eco-system.Game drives by open 4x4 safari vehicles in the Moremi Game Reserve allow guests to view predators, antelope and other animals in the Delta. Allow the guides and trackers to introduce you to the story behind each animal, explaining their behavioral patterns. After a day of exploring, return to the lodge and be pampered with a locally-inspired recipe before settling down with a good book or enjoy the peaceful evening outdoors.

Days 3 & 4: Okavango Delta

After spending two nights at Camp Moremi, you will be transferred in a light aircraft from Moremi Airstrip to Okavango Airstrip. You will be met by a Camp Okavango representative at the airstrip and transferred to your destination for the next two nights, on a fully inclusive basis. Camp Okavango is situated on remote Nxaragha Island, assuring a year-round water wilderness experience.

Explore the heart of the Okavango in various different ways - from nature walks to cruises along the water channels. The nature walks are an opportune way to come into contact with the flora of the area. Experience the feel and smell of the bush as you wander through it alongside a knowledgeable guide. In addition to the smaller mammals you will come into contact with, nature walks also afford an opportunity to track some of the larger species that inhabit this water wilderness.

Game viewing by boat is an essential part of your stay at Camp Okavango as the region's islands are complemented by meandering waterways. Explore the Okavango by Mokoro (a traditional dugout canoe) or in a modern motorboat. Fly-fishing opportunities are also available and the local guides should be approached for the best fishing spots.

Days 5 & 6: Eastern Caprivi, Chobe River

Today you will board a light aircraft for your flight from the Okavango to Kasane Airport where a lodge representative will transfer you from the airport to Chobe Savanna Lodge. The flight over the Okavango Delta allows for game viewing as herds of large animals can be spotted below.

Enjoy two nights at Chobe Savanna Lodge, located in the Eastern Caprivi on the banks of the Chobe River in Namibia, overlooking the Chobe National Park, on a fully inclusive basis.

For those interested in learning more about the local Kuomboka and Barotseland communities that inhabit remote areas of the Chobe River, the lodge arranges small private excursions to witness real African life. Alternatively, depending on the time of year, guests are also offered the opportunity to take walking excursions on the Private Concession that makes up Savanna.

Boat excursions by small highly maneuverable speedboats are ideal for close up encounters with large game along the river's edge. For an even closer view of the animal species residing below the water's surface, set out on a fishing trip. Spend your remaining time in the soothing waters of the lodge's swimming pool or on a sunset cruise, watching as the famous Chobe elephants and zebra roam in and around the river.Enjoy two nights at Chobe Savanna Lodge, located in the Eastern Caprivi on the banks of the Chobe River in Namibia, overlooking the Chobe National Park, on a fully inclusive basis.
