How to get to Kigelia Ruaha

Kigelia Ruaha in Ruaha National Park of Southern Tanzania is known for its abundance of Kigelia trees, also known as Sausage Trees.

The Ruaha River joins up with the Rufiji River in the Selous National Park and they continue their journey to the Indian Ocean as one.

Priding itself as the best game area of Ruaha, Kigelia Ruaha in Tanzania is the ideal place to pursue wildlife cravings. Watch as the buffalo graze the plains or as a pride of lions laze in the African sun. Seek comfort in the shade of the indigenous baobab trees that add majestic character to the arid landscaping.
