This 16 day Botswana wildlife safari covers some of the best wilderness areas in Botswana, from the vast & desolate Nxai Pan to the unique Okavango Delta and Moremi Game Reserve. Plus camp in the famous Chobe National Park, known for its amazing wildlife. Starting in Kasane and ending at the Victoria Falls in Livingstone, this guided mobile camping safari tour offers unbeatable value for money.

Day 1: Kasane

You will be collected from Kasane Airport and get a shared road transfer to a lodge near Kasane where you will be accommodated in a luxury suite for the night. Relax at the resort and enjoy the facilities which includes game viewing. (Lunch & Dinner included).

Day 2: Kasane - Chobe River

You will be transferred to Kasane where a full briefing and orientation will be given. In the afternoon you will take a boat cruise on the Chobe River, with a chance to spot Elephants, Hippos and other animals languishing in and along the river.

You will camp on the banks of the Chobe River at a site with permanent ablutions. (Lunch, Dinner Included).

Day 3 - 4 Nxai Pan National Park

Rising with the sun, your route takes you 500 kilometres south to Nxai Pan National Park where sweet grasses attract a variety of wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch and an afternoon game drive en route to your private campsite with bush ablutions. Explore the area and its magnificent Baines Baobab Trees which are positioned on the edge of a huge saltpan. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Included).

Day 5: Maun

Your Botswana wildlife safari continues on to Maun (180km 3-4 hours), the gateway to the Okavango Delta, where you will have time to visit the shops and enjoy a relaxing afternoon. You will camp overnight in a site with permanent ablutions. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).

Days 6 - 7: Okavango Delta

After travelling from Maun to the Okavango Delta (320km, 4 hours) and transferring your luggage to motorboats, you will cruise along the narrow papyrus-lined channels of the Delta. While searching for the elusive Sitatunga Antelope you will be enjoying the exquisite birdlife of the region and absorbing the stunning African landscapes of this area.

Deeper in the Delta you will meet your mokoros (traditional dugout canoes) and enjoy a tranquil ride to an island where you will spend 2 nights. Most of your time will be spent exploring the island on foot and by mokoro. Campsite with bush ablutions. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Included)

Day 8: Maun

Inspired by the beauty of the Okavango, you will return to your vehicle and retrace your route to Maun. You have the option of taking a flight over the Delta to return to Maun, providing another perspective of this unique water system and a chance to spot game from the air.

Tonight will be spent at a private camp outside Maun. Camping with permanent ablutions. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Included).

Days 9 - 11: Moremi Game Reserve

The big game aspect of your Botswana wildlife safari commences today as you enter Moremi Game Reserve, one of the best wilderness areas of Botswana. The park covers wet-land areas areas and dry land.

The next 3 nights of your mobile camping safari tour will be spent in this park searching for the wide variety of animals and birds in the reserve, while absorbing the sounds and beauty of this region. Game drives as the sun rises, and in the late afternoon as the sun sets, will be the norm. Camping in private designated areas with bush ablutions. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Included).

Days 12 - 14: Chobe National Park

Chobe National Park, with its diverse and striking landscapes, is your next destination. As you continue your search for wildlife, you will traverse the drier region of Savuti where Bull Elephants dot the plains. You will then head northwards to the Chobe River, where your game drives will meander along the banks of the river, followed by the call of the majestic African Fish Eagle. Camping in private designated areas with bush ablutions. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Included).

Days 15 - 16: Livingstone, Zambia

After a morning game drive you will cross the Zambezi River by ferry, then drive to Livingstone on the Zambian side of the Victoria Falls, where you will stay at a comfortable lodge. There is time to visit the thunderous Victoria Falls and shop for curios. Dinner is at your own expense at the lodge.

Your exciting guided mobile camping safari tour officially ends at 10:00am on day 16. You can partake in exciting activities offered at the Falls (on your own account), such as the exhilarating white water rafting down the Zambezi Gorge, canoeing on the upper Zambezi, Elephant rides and helicopter flights over the Falls.

You will be transferred to Livingstone Airport for your onwards arrangements. (On Day 15 Breakfast and Lunch is included and on Day 16 Breakfast is included).
