Ngorongoro Crater Camp is located on the Ngorongoro Crater rim in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The park is a nature lover's dream as it consists of spectacular views of the unique landscape and a variety of wildlife species leading from the Crater rim to its floor.
Approximately 30 000 animals roam the Ngorongoro Crater, creating a game viewing gem. Among the herds of zebra, rhino, elephant and buffalo, predators such as lions, leopards and cheetahs can be spotted. Species like the giraffe are not found in the park as they find it difficult to navigate their way through the descending landscape.
Ngorongoro Crater Camp tented suites each have their own en-suite bathroom with indoor bucket shower. The main common tents provide areas where all guests can gather for a meal or simply relax with a drink. Bush dining can be arranged for those who want to experience an unforgettable meal in the natural setting of the bush.
Activities include game drives to the Crater floor and guided walking safaris. Cultural interactions can take place at the nearby Masai villages. These local communities maintain a traditional and simplistic way of life and can be identified by their bright, colourful attire.
