How to Get to Beho Beho, Selous

Beho Beho is known as 'wansalishi' which means when translated from the swahili 'the pioneer'.

The first camp in the Northern sector of the Selous game reserve, Beho Beho is perched on the lower slopes of Namikwera Hill overlooking Kipalala Hill. This Tanzania safari camp offers panoramic views over the Rufiji river flood plain.

Fly for 35 minutes into the Selous Game Reserve, where you will land at an airstrip right next to Beho Beho. Alternatively, it is around a 6-hour drive from Dar es Salaam depending on the weather and the state of the roads.
