Cottages at The Manor at Ngorongoro

Couples, families or groups of friends travelling together each have an accommodation option suited to their specific needs. The available cottages are adorned in Cape Dutch architecture and décor.

Each cottage is adorned by an open fire place, a private wooden terrace and modern amenities. An option between a Manor Cottage and the Stable Cottage is available during your stay at the lodge.

The Manor Cottage suites each have their own entrance that leads to a king-sized double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower and a Victorian-style bathtub. The suite has a private sun terrace that is decorated with comfortable loungers. A double open-fronted fireplace adorns the cottage’s traditional Cape Dutch interior.

The Stable Cottage is separate from the main manor house, near the horse riding stables. Operating on its own, the cottage has its own dining area, lounge and fireplace. The double-story cottage is ideal for a family or a group of friends travelling together. The master bedroom and the twin bedroom each have an en-suite bathroom with spacious shower and a Victorian-style bathtub. The children’s room, bathroom and playroom equipped with a satellite TV, are all situated on the second floor.

Guests at this Ngorongoro Crater Safari Lodge can enjoy the shared areas that are situated in close proximity to all the suites. These areas include a fireplace lounge, formal dining room and bar where guests can indulge in pre- or post-dinner drinks.

A library, home theatre and snooker room provides entertainment for a relaxing afternoon or evening at the lodge. Guests can take a walk to the horse stables for a breath of fresh air or resort to the massage room for a pampering session. Sunbathe in between cooling dips in the swimming pool.
