How to Get to Singita Faru Faru Lodge

Situated in the western corridor of the legendary Serengeti in Tanzania, Singita Faru Faru Lodge overlooks a natural waterhole and the tree line of the Grumeti River.

The climate in the Serengeti, where Singita Faru Faru is located, is relatively constant, making it a perfect year-round Tanzania safari destination. Since this Serengeti safari lodge is situated on the river, game viewing is bountiful not only from June to October, which is traditionally marked as the migration season but in the Green Season, too (which runs from November to May).

The journey to Singita Faru Faru goes via scheduled flights or private charters which arrive at the Singita Sasakwa airstrip. Get off your bush plane in safari clothes, camera in hand, bug spray applied, and sunglasses on. The game viewing begins right as you're transferred by road to your Tanzania safari lodge. The transfer takes roughly an hour, or more, depending on how many times (and how long) you want to stop for wildlife sightings.
