Activities at Kuyenda Bushcamp

Walk amongst Africa's big and small game in an untamed area when on your Zambia wildlife safari.

Activities are tailored to suit your individual preferences when on your Zambia vacation at Kuyenda Bushcamp. If you prefer to be taken on a game drive or maybe even experience a bit of both the walking safari and game drive, the choice is yours on your Zambia safari.

Spectacular Wildilfe

A large Elephant population, Thorneycroft’s Giraffe, Puku and other more common species, are in abundance. With the amazing array of wildlife that can be viewed during your stay at Kuyenda Bushcamp, it is sure to make your Zambia wildlife safari experience a fascinating and memorable one.

There is a lot of game activity in South Luangwa National Park, as well as a remarkable variety of over 400 species of birdlife. Many birds are attracted even closer to the chalets of Kuyenda Bushcamp by the small birdbath it has on its grounds.

Night Game Drives

The Luangwa is one of the few parks in the whole of Africa that allows night drives, using high-powered spotlights, to view the nocturnal life of the area.

Catch a glimpse of the Porcupine, Bush Baby, Leopard and other night-active species that are not commonly seen during the day. Hyenas are commonly spotted in the evenings and their characteristic chuckle can be heard in echoes throughout the silent night.
