Chichele Presidential Lodge is located in the South Luangwa National Park, Zambia. The Lodge is situated on a hilltop, overlooking the striking Luangwa Valley and enjoys views of the Luangwa River and the wildlife it attracts.
Guests on their Zambia safari holiday at Chichele Presidential Lodge will be able to enjoy spectacular game viewing. A wide variety of game is available, including Elephant, the elusive Wild Dog, Buffalo, Antelope and several endemic species such as the Thornicroft’s Giraffe and Cookson’s Wildebeest. The area is also well known for spotting the mysterious Leopard.
Flights between Mfuwe (the closest airport to the lodge) and Lusaka last for a brief one hour. Flights from Livingstone take 2 hours and travels via Lusaka. The Zambezi Kulefu airstrip and Jeki/Royal airstrip are approximately an hour and a half’s flight from Mfuwe.
Road transfers to the lodge exist in a two-hour drive from Mfuwe airport. The transfer takes guests through the local village and on a short game drive through the national park in a specialized 4x4 vehicle.
