Bush dining
Enjoy scrumptious cuisine in the dining area overlooking the scenic river. All meals are prepared by experienced chefs and offer a fusion of pan-African, Italian and Asian cuisine. Guests on their Kenya vacation can choose to eat in the dining area or under the African stars. Breakfast and lunch can be served either in the camp or as a picnic during a morning of game watching.
Game drives
Guests on their Kenya vacation are recommended to enjoy an early morning game drive to optimize their game spotting opportunities. Guests on their Kenya vacation can look forward to spotting lion, cheetah, leopard, buffalo, elephant, rhino, giraffe, wildebeest and zebra to name a few. Enjoy a night drive where guests can see nocturnal animals such as leopard.

Walking safaris and birding
Those who wish to get closer to nature can go on a walk in the bush with one of the experienced and knowledgeable guides and Masai rangers. Bird watchers will also be delighted with the birdlife surrounding the camp and adjacent areas.
Balloon safaris
This optional activity takes you up into the morning skies above the Masai Mara for an hour-long flight under a colourful canopy. Followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush, this game viewing experience is one that will remain unparalleled.
Wedding ceremonies
Celebrate your love in a wedding ceremony held in the open Masai Mara savannah and enjoy a private dinner party with your family and friends, overlooking the Mara River.
Facilities at the camp
Guests staying at the Karen Blixen Camp can cool off in the swimming pool or soak up the sun on one of the loungers with umbrellas. Alternatively, indulge in a muscle soothing massage, facial, pedicure or manicure in the privacy of your own tent. Armchair game viewing refers to in-camp game viewing overlooking the Mara River.
